In my opinion, the most important action you can take for your health and well-being is to get rid of TV. I did this in the Summer of 2018, and I started to change after that. I see everything in a different light now. Likewise, do not listen to radio stations, play Hollywood DVDs, get sucked into mindless videos or me, me, me Instagram influencers, etc. Think of stones thrown into a pond and the way the ripples all affect each other. Do not get sucked into frequencies that pull you towards unhealthy ‘foods’ or habits. On top of the overt frequencies, there are subliminal messages in TV, ads, video games, etc., that work on your subconscious mind. If you have doubts about that, why do we mindlessly accept the gazillion first person shooter video games for children to play? Why do we just accept all the candy kids are supposed to get on holidays- Valentines, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.? Gradually, you’ll start changing because you’re not pulled by the influence of commercials or celebrities or the tendencies of the way people act, or the things you constantly see- the violence, the inanity, the narcissism, the temptations, the Maya illusions.
The goal for me in eating is to maximize the chi/prana energy so that this energy is utilized by my cells and other systems. Eat to nourish your body temple, not for the pleasure and mouth-feel. If you eat things that tax your body, forcing it to work in overdrive to remove toxins, increasing oxidation/breakdown, blocking the flow of metabolic pathways, etc., then you are at a deficit, an imbalance, an uneasiness, a dis-ease. So I try to avoid powdered foods, fried foods, wilted or stale foods, processed ‘foods’, i.e., boxed products, frozen foods, foods that are more oxidative and dying, more surface area for the breakdown to occur. Everything is an illusion, but some things are more so than others. Processed ‘cheese food’ has orange colored oil and chemicals to trick you into thinking something tastes and looks like cheese, but this short cut money saver only taxes your body. McDonald’s and others have mastered these taste bud loopholes using food chemistry. We fall for these illusions, facades, appearances all the time. The best foods to eat are freshly picked from your own fruit tree, organic garden, or wild edible away from roadsides. But if you can’t do that, get organic fruits and vegetables and avoid the aisles with boxed and packaged foods. We don’t know what kind of sewage sludge, pesticides, etc., were used (EPA’s euphemism for sewage sludge from municipal water treatment plants that is dried and sold to farms is called ‘biosolids’).
Along these lines, when you buy a pack of carrots, apples, or any bundle of something, eat the weakest-looking one first, because the strongest ones will last longer. This usually means the smallest carrots or the ones with breaks in them, or a brown spot on an apple. Along these lines, bundle the food around each other so that their electromagnetic field is stronger.
When storing produce in your refrigerator bins, take off the plastic bags, ties, rubber bands, etc. and caringly bundle them together to maximize the flow of energy so that they will keep longer. And what’s up with stickering every single banana and avocado, wrapping them up with more tape or packaging? I change out paper towels at the bottom and sometimes on top of the produce. A good sign is when the inner core celery leaves start to shoot upwards after a few days in the bin. Your spirit is intertwined with everything in this world. You’re whirled with the world, the twine being ether. And why is it that fridges are always plastic, besides the glass? There are so many rich people- don’t they care to have copper or bamboo-lined bins and shelves? Also, refrigerators, in my opinion, are way too big, which promotes gluttony and waste. I usually have the fridge that came with the house turned off and instead use the mini-fridge I got used on Craigslist. It’s served me just fine, and I like to eat things as fresh as possible, which means frequenting groceries more often but buying less at a time.
I try to buy nuts only with their shells- for example, peanuts (unsalted is preferable because I don’t know where the salt comes from, and it seems salty enough), almonds (but most are irradiated), Brazil nuts (high in selenium), pecans, pistachios, walnuts, and chestnuts (probably my favorite, especially roasted in my Indian clay pot inside my wood stove). I harvest black walnuts from my land- so good. I remember buying cashews in their shells and it was so good, but that is hard to find, even online.
I try not to make leftovers in order to maximize the freshness.
I do not use or have a microwave oven. I use a toaster oven instead, or just eat leftovers cold. Wood fire heating is the best.
I think Dr. Sebi and others were onto something when they noted that there hasn’t been enough evolutionary time for humans to adapt to the agricultural staples we tend to eat. So I prefer to eat as much wild foods as possible- dandelions, plantago, bitter dock, pokeweed, mugwort, etc. Gardeners point out that most garden plants don’t occur in the wild and so require extra fertilizers to promote their extreme energy needs, whereas wild edibles don’t require store-bought fertilizers. Viktor Schauberger constantly railed against using fertilizers to grow food. Examples would be the unnaturally sweet and gigantic watermelon or Asian pears.
And along these lines, fruits evolved to entice animals to spread its seeds, whereas the solar panel leaves evolved defenses so that they are left alone to photosynthesize. So I don’t eat as much greens as I did years ago. Roots, nuts, and seeds are storage devices, so they have a lot of energy. Sprouted foods are exploding with energy.
Eat the apple and pear cores, including the seeds. Apricot and apple seeds include laetrile, which neutralizes cancerous growths. Watch the mind-blowing documentary, Second Opinion: Laetrile at Sloan Kettering about how the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center suppressed the research of one of its principle scientists, Dr. Kanematsu Sugiura, on the effectiveness of laetrile (because you can’t make money that way). The film shows metabolic pathways, including compound analogues of cyanide, so this is why these seeds are effective at neutralizing cancerous cells. A few apple seeds a day doesn’t have a fatal amount of cyanide (notice the color cyan, so more to the blue part of the spectrum in its vibration, maybe?). Keep in mind, cancer is not a thing or noun, it’s a process, a constant battle for balance and waste removal.
Every time you steam rice, steam some vegetables along with the rice near the end, such as cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, squash, green beans, okra, asparagus, maybe pasture-raised eggs, if you eat eggs. It kills two birds with one stone. Actually, this is another health advice- do not use negatively subliminal idioms about killing animals or something similar. These types of negative messages pervade the culture, and I’m only pointing it out.
I try to eat lunch when the Sun is at its highest point in the sky. I try to finish dinner before the Sun sets. This is in line with Vedic/ayurvedic and astrological thinking. If you remember, Aries is when the Sun arises at 6-8am, so Cancer is noon to 2pm, Leo is at its peak effulgence at 2-4pm, the balancing/evening time is 6-8pm in the Libra scales, etc. This means your eating schedule needs to adjust constantly, since the amount of daylight constantly changes.
Eat heavier meals for your first meal of the day because the gallbladder will have built up bile after your last meal the previous day. If you eat a heavier meal for dinner, this is a shorter interval between lunch and dinner for building up the bile, although it probably doesn’t affect younger folks as much. I try not to eat anything after dinner so that my digestive system won’t have food fermenting when my body is trying to shut down for the night.
I try not to fry or sautee foods with oil. I usually steam, bake, make soups, or eat raw foods. Most oils are refined and rancid and are not in a natural state for the body to utilize, so it taxes your body to try to neutralize their effects. I do use unrefined sesame seed oil, uncooked in soups (add after the heat is off), unrefined coconut oil, and 100% grass-fed ghee in pressure-cooked bean/lentil dishes.
I absolutely love my two pressure cookers I bought from Indian stores. I can’t believe I went decades without using them. So my main protein source are beans and lentils, which are extremely affordable. As meat prices keep going up, these protein sources are still about a dollar per pound, or pennies per serving. Just keep in mind that glyphosate is used to dessicate many types of crops, including lentils and beans, if they are not certified organic (because glyphosate is so effective at killing things).
I rarely eat meats or eggs. I know that 100% pasture-raised meats are beneficial, especially bone broth, tendons, collagen- Jennifer Daniels touts this, and organ meats, and I was a proponent of this for a long time. Of course, if it does not say 100% grass-fed, it could mean that the cattle were finished off with grass/pastures only at the end of their lives but were fed unnatural soy, corn, etc. before. We are all on different phases of our journeys, and for me, I feel I cannot rail against the pedophile elites and the mess we’re in and then be hypocritical and say it’s okay to have billions of enslaved cattle for our convenience and lack of mindfulness. However, there’s a bison farm 10 minutes from me, so I’ll pick up some liver, soup bones, oxtails, etc. a handful of times a year and thank the animals that are nourishing me. And I still eat mackerel, sardines, mussels, clams, etc., but I’m eating less of it lately. We’ll see where I’ll be in the future. By the way, have you ever realized that most of the cans of sardines at a store are marinated in tomato sauce? They say that the acidic tomato sauce will react with the metal in cans, so I don’t think the prevalance of these cans is the result of popular demand, if you know what I mean. I also would not mind eating fresh roadkill or similar, but I have not yet scooped up any deer or other animals this way. I knew someone who practiced this, and it would be interesting if the government had some system to allow people to get meat this way, instead of letting it rot, but the government won’t be able to pull that off, right.
If you eat seafood, try to eat wild-caught instead of farm-raised. Tilapia is not a good choice, or Atlantic salmon. Be mindful of the sustainability of wildlife though: https://www.seafoodwatch.org/recommendations/download-consumer-guides .
I rarely eat dairy foods. Unless you can find raw, non-pasteurized, whole-milk yogurt, kefir, etc., the benefits of the enzymes are lost, since the heating denatures these and other proteins. Remember, dairy evolved to turbocharge the growth of newborn mammals, so it’s not really designed for adults, especially of other species. But add in other factors like GMO soy, GMO corn, and other unnatural foods dessicated by glyphosate, antibiotics for cattle knee-deep in feces-infested CAFOs, and you end up with the situation we have today.
I avoid wheat mostly and think gluten evolved as a defense against field mice, creating lesions and inflammation in the intestinal villi. It seems to have a significant effect on my digestion.
A lot of people think that avoiding all of these foods leaves you with nothing exciting to eat, and so they just can’t imagine how people live like this. But again, the more you escape the mindspell of TV and culture, the more you realize the other world out there and all the glorious abundance that nature offers.
The best salt to use is large salt crystals like Himalayan salt rocks at the Indian groceries, but not the small crystals. These large crystals have less surface area than powdered salt, so is not exposed to oxidation. I break them apart with a mortar and pestle when cooking. Large black salt rocks from some Indian stores are good. Some sea salt brands are good. Never buy processed salts.
In addition to these salts, I also take the 12 mineral cell salts, from Hyland’s. You can download George Carey’s The Zodiac and Salts of Salvation here: https://ia800207.us.archive.org/30/items/ZodiacAndTheSaltsOfSalvationGeorgeWCarey/116875836-Zodiac-and-the-Salts-of-Salvation-George-W-Carey.pdf
Chelators and detoxifying agents: the two clays I take are shilajit and zeolite clinoptilite. Shilajit is $6 or so for a bottle at the Indian stores here. Zeolite clinoptilite is pretty expensive on Amazon, but still lasts after a couple of years, although I don't take it every day. I’ll buy some bentonite or Montmorillonite clay one of these days. I also sometimes mix spirulina, chlorella, or diatomaceous earth with water. Triphala is one of the most intense at detoxifying, they say, and the taste is pretty strong. Some other detoxifying foods are detailed in this article:
I can't seem to find the video anymore, but I believe David Kennedy, a biological dentist was explaining how mercury has a stronger attraction to sulfur, so it bullies itself to bind with sulfur while knocking out iron in the body, where we have iron sulfide. So this is how they get you, these metals and toxins in vaccines, air, water, everything.
Foods that have an intense flavor will most likely neutralize any parasitic imbalance in your body- for example, garlic, onions, ginger, star anise, cloves, radishes, etc. And non-foods with strong stings and odors, like turpentine, tea tree oil, peppermint, eucalyptus, etc. do the same. I occasionally mix turpentine oil with my shampoo, and the strong tingling is a good indicator that it will ward off parasites.
Copper has anti-microbial properties (video below), so I use a copper lota, or any copper vessel, like a Moscow mule, and fill that with water, swirl it around, and then use the water for tea, etc. I bought a copper cup from Goodwill for $2. If you have a clean environment/terrain, normal levels of bacteria will not imbalance and overwhelm you, but I feel this is a good practice.
And along those lines, herbs and other remedies used to fight off bacteria, parasites, fevers, mucus, etc., can be used when you are imbalanced with an illness, but we need to keep in mind that the body is responding with mucus, fevers, inflammation, pain, etc., to get back into balance, so these ‘remedies’ should not be seen as the end-all solution to our imbalances. The foods, sleep, sunlight, a clean environment, good vibrations, exercise- these are the foundations for good health. The thinking about these matters needs to shift. Sure, there are urgent situations where you might want to take a pain reliever, but the pain is there as a feedback signal to tell you to slow it down, unless you’re Jack Younglood or Emmit Smith trying to get to the Super Bowl on a broken leg or separated shoulder.
Your mucosal lining is the interface between the outside world and your inner world, so it needs to be clean, but one of its functions is to trap dirt and other foreign substances. Of course, this is why we cough, sneeze, have runny noses, etc. (Like the pain med analogy, suppressing these functions with meds is another sign that you’re trapped in the mindspell.). When I took a yoga class, the instructor got us to use a neti pot to rinse out our sinuses. Dissolve some Himalayan salt into lukewarm water and follow his instructions for the practice of jala neti here:
Here are my favorite teas- some of them are said to be anti-parasitic, such as licorice root, angelica root, and wormwood/mugwort:
When peeling citrus rinds, squeeze them around your house to spread the oils. Keep the rinds for awhile around the house. They sell orange oil as a pesticide.
I sometimes chew shallaki/frankincense, which they say is good for your teeth.
Regarding water, I believe the best type of water is living, gel-structured water inside foods like coconuts, grapefruits, pears, etc. Spring water flowing with bubbles from a mountain is probably just as good, and is Viktor Schauberger’s preferred water, and no one was more in tune with water than the Water Wizard. I’m grateful that I have well water in my house, which means no fluoridation and all the negative energy trapped in it like in municipal water systems. I have a water distiller, but I can’t seem to find the power cord after moving here!
Your poop is a good indicator of the quality of food you’re eating and how you’re digesting it. If it sinks to the bottom of the toilet, this indicates that there is little undigested oils and fats, which tend to make it float in the water. Therefore, you’ve digested oils and fats appropriately. The solidity also indicates good digestion. The smelliness indicates that you could not digest everything and the bacterial fermentation compensated for this, so don’t overeat. This is also why periodic fasting is good for you. Try eating raw salads (but not store bought GMO canola or cottonseed based oils - cottonseed oil is the worst) for a couple of days and notice the improvement in your stool.
I guess ultimately, the proof is in the pudding. I’m always noticing gardeners on Youtube, health gurus, and spiritual ‘gurus’ who are alarmingly obese, although spiritual gurus warn of being attached and drawn downwards to material addictions of the lower chakras. Most people chalk it up to old age, and I also thought the same back when I was 34, buying jeans a size up for the new job I had just gotten. But then I started to eat right and lost weight.
Life is a journey, and every day we should learn something new to add to our understanding in topics like health. This is my understanding so far, but I know this will keep evolving.
Thanks for reading, and let me know what you think in the comments below or through email.
Thank you for this great article. I’ve done some food research and really cleaned up my diet but I still have a long way to go. I’m going to go back through this article and see what I can incorporate in my life. I’m amazed when I look around the United States- there’s so much “ food” everywhere and very few people even look healthy. This despite the obscene amounts of money we spend on health care. Four people very close to me have died from cancer. The only dietary advice was “ eat whatever you feel like”. I will never support Susan G. k
